Mindfulness Meditation

Meditation is a transformative experience that will bring you closer to yourself, leaving you rejuvenated and fulfilled.

Meditation purifies the senses, increases energy and improves the quality of our mental, emotional and physical health. It allows for an opening of the heart and a deeper connection with the self. Meditation cultivates a fullness, an awareness of the human life we've been given. The ability to live in the present moment with purpose, is what we call, to awaken. 

Meditation has calming effects, enlivening the spirit— the start of the journey inward— where we find the true self.

Have you ever tried to meditate? Do you already have a self-practice or maybe you want to develop a sustainable self-practice? Perhaps, have you attempted to start a self-practice and have lost motivation after several days? For others who already meditate and it still feels difficult to move past the waterfall of thoughts, dropping into a class can deepen your existing practice.

Whatever your current relationship and curiosity to meditation, all are welcome to join, Meditation Level 1. ML1 will give you the inspiration and the techniques to develop a sustainable self-practice and open the heart for self-realization.

Audits are welcome and encouraged to join, as each class is unique, helping you grow and refine your practice. Since becoming a student teacher of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach in 2020, my own practice has deepened and I love to sharing more with my students. I Invite you to come with a beginners mind and enjoy the sweetness of inner peace.

Intuition Training

Life without vibes would be colorless. Our intuition, feeling, and sensations, are our primary way of experiencing life around us, with color. When we work to deepen our concentration, we find the key that opens the door— within — to pull out something extraordinary. These skills can be learned, cultivated, practiced and available at any time.

This skill training is what I call: strengthening the intuitive muscle. Gradually, with some work, we can begin to feel, sense, see, hear, smell and taste the creative energies around us.  

Oftentimes we hear the higher self but confine ourselves to a mundane and repetitive routine, the 9-5 after work routine, that fits quite normally into society, yet denies the sacredness of life— connection and presence.  This class is not about denying our humanness or disconnecting from society. It is about strengthening the intuitive muscle, learning practical knowledge that you can integrate into daily living, to invigorate what it means to be alive.

Reiki Level 1: Self-Healing

We all possess within us the innate potential to heal.  The source of this potential is our life force- Ki/Chi. This life force is a dynamic, organizing, and enlivening force. When it is imbalanced and it’s free flow disrupted, then this negatively impacts our physiological, mental and spiritual health, and disease and illness arise.

Reiki works to restore the balance, organization and free flow of Ki in the body, mind, and spirit. Reiki attunements, also known as initiation or ignitions, allow you to become a conduit of Reiki, while the Reiki training, teaches the methods and principles underlying this ancient tradition. 

If you’ve been looking for tools and wisdom to begin your self-healing practice, Reiki is the transformative key. You'll be able to melt stress away, heal yourself--- what is present while also releasing old wounds. Once attuned, you’ll have Reiki for life!

Reiki Level 2: Empower Yourself

There are no symbols in First Degree Reiki, and they are not necessary to give a Reiki session. However, the symbols that are given in second degree Reiki, and beyond, empower us in ways that add strength and value to the system of Reiki, and to our living.

Reiki symbols are sacred. They are only revealed to second degree Reiki initiates. The empowerment symbols create a palpable change in our daily lives by enhancing clarity and light to our shadows so that we can master our lives and free ourselves from the blind spots--preventing us from living our best lives. 

Someone once described first degree Reiki as, “walking outside on a sunny day." Second degree Reiki is like walking outside on a sunny day. It is so bright, we are literally squinting. All humor aside, the beauty and empowerment experienced with these Reiki symbols, melts away the surrounding nagging habits that no longer serve us, as well as self-limiting beliefs. 

The Reiki Symbols are keys that open the door to higher levels of healing.

Join me and some Rieki initiates to empower yourself and your life with these ancient symbols. 

Audits (if you’ve taken this class with me before)  you're welcome to join and practice, you’re likely hear something new. Each class is different and I offer updated information according to findings/studies. Reiki continues to be investigated/studied. There continues to be new incredible findings. In this class, we enter into the foundations of energy medicine because energy matters!

Reiki Master Teacher Training

It is always exciting when a Reiki student decides to become a Reiki Master. Upon this decision, there are many transformations that will take place within and around you. While some of these changes will be apparent to you, many will be beneath the surface, making their way into your awareness/ into your life when you least expect it. This is possible because the energies surrounding nature and Reiki, go beyond space and time. 

This Shinpiden, which means mystery teaching in Japanese, is the mystery of life and consciousness itself. No matter how much we experience, the mysteries are forever unfolding, opening doors to boundless possibilities and deeper levels of consciousness.

There are two levels of Master Training, Advanced Reiki Training (ART) and Master Teacher Training. In ART you will receive the Usui master symbol, receive the attunement, and practice giving sessions with the new symbol. We learn the Reiki Moving Meditation practice to move the ki/ chi in our bodies and bring about healthier states within us.

Those who would like to come the next training day, of Master Teacher training, will learn how to give attunements to others and teach the art of Reiki. These teachings elucidate advanced healing techniques to use in your practice, as well as how to build our own Reiki practice. Advanced Esoteric Knowledge is shared. 

Must have Level 1 & 2 certifications in order to join/purchase the class. The esoteric practices and knowledge shared in this course are not suitable for children/ anyone under the age of 17. 

An in-person attunement is included with the purchase of this class. By appointment only. 

Reiki Advanced Reiki Training

This course attunes the student to the master symbol. This sacred symbol heals at the soul level, buried deep under years and layers of distraction within the unconscious. The master symbol is the most sacred of the symbols and its main purpose in use is to empower, enlighten and awaken the soul. This symbol connects the soul and spirit to the physical realm. You will sense the incorporeal forces working with you. With this level of training and attunement, wisdom reveals itself. This level of knowledge and training allows you to embody oneness or zen. You can never lose what you gain in this training.  

My Reiki Master teacher once told me, “the wisdom we gain overcomes the duality that leads to suffering”. And it sure does. The real power is in surrendering, letting go, and feeling deeply. This is how we clear blocks. An awakening is already thrust upon us due to global shifts in energy and consciousness. This course will help you ground and come home, to your true nature. Turn the inner key and come home.

Day 1 you will learn Kokyu Ho (Reiki Meditation and Techniques), a chi moving exercise, Gokai (Reiki precepts), Shirushi and Jumon (Reiki Symbol and Mantra). Day 2, you will receive the Reiki Master Attunement to teach/ and attune others. In both of the training days, you will learn additional healing methods, Koki Ho and Hatsuri Ho and go deeper into the esoteric knowledge of energy medicine.

Completion of Level 1 & 2 from a certified Reiki Master Teacher is required. This class may not be suitable for children and may require physical preparation of the mind, body and soul.
