A Gratitude Journal Prompt to practice everyday

Steps:

  • Make a list of three people that significantly impacted your life. How did they help you, when and what impact did their support have on your life

  • Once complete, take a few minutes, close your eyes, breath in… and out… imagine their faces and feel the gratitude in your heart

  • Gently and slowly open your eyes

  • Bring this energy with you into the rest of the day
