Steps:
Make a list of three people that significantly impacted your life. How did they help you, when and what impact did their support have on your life
Once complete, take a few minutes, close your eyes, breath in… and out… imagine their faces and feel the gratitude in your heart
Gently and slowly open your eyes
Bring this energy with you into the rest of the day
