Visualization Practice

  • Close your eyes, breath in… and out, through the nose and out of the mouth.

  • Repeat a total of 3x.

  • On the next inhale, imagine your life with no constraints of time or money.

  • Breathe… see what you would be doing. Where are you? What do you see?

  • Open the eyes and write down everything you experience or simply allow the day dream to last for a few more minutes or until you desire to come back to the present moment.
