Close your eyes, breath in… and out, through the nose and out of the mouth.
Repeat a total of 3x.
On the next inhale, imagine your life with no constraints of time or money.
Breathe… see what you would be doing. Where are you? What do you see?
Open the eyes and write down everything you experience or simply allow the day dream to last for a few more minutes or until you desire to come back to the present moment.
